Calers is a service provided by GIRA, SL. This policy applies to every payment for the Calers annual plan, which is billed through Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. The free trial involves no charge.
14-day money-back guarantee
You have 14 calendar days from the date of any payment to request a full refund, without giving any reason.
How to request it
You can request a refund from the Paddle customer portal, by replying to your Paddle purchase receipt or by writing to us at privadesa@calers.ad. Paddle refunds the amount to the payment method you used.
Renewals and cancellation
The subscription renews every year. You can cancel it at any time from the customer portal and you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The 14-day refund period also applies to every renewal.
