1Download your MoraBanc transactions

MoraBanc doesn’t publish the exact steps, but at most banks it works like this:

  1. Log in to online banking on a computer: it usually has more options than the app.
  2. Open the account and go to the transactions list.
  3. Filter by the period you want to import.
  4. Look for an export or download button or icon and choose Excel or CSV, if available.
  • For personal accounts, MoraBanc only documents PDF statements, which Calers can’t read. Try asking your branch for your transactions as Excel or CSV or, if that isn’t possible, enter them by hand.
  • BancSabadell d’Andorra merged into MoraBanc in 2022: if you were a customer, your accounts are now in MoraBanc’s online banking.

2Import it into Calers

  1. In Calers, open Import data and choose the file you’ve just downloaded.
  2. In field mapping, check which column is the date, the amount and the description, and choose the account the transactions should go to.
  3. Import: your transactions are ready to categorise and to show up in your reports.
