1Download your Andbank transactions
Andbank doesn’t publish the exact steps, but at most banks it works like this:
- Log in to online banking on a computer: it usually has more options than the app.
- Open the account and go to the transactions list.
- Filter by the period you want to import.
- Look for an export or download button or icon and choose Excel or CSV, if available.
- Andorran banks don’t publish how to export transactions and often only offer PDF or Excel. If you can’t see an Excel or CSV option in online banking, ask your branch: any spreadsheet with the date, description and amount will do.
2Import it into Calers
- In Calers, open Import data and choose the file you’ve just downloaded.
- In field mapping, check which column is the date, the amount and the description, and choose the account the transactions should go to.
- Import: your transactions are ready to categorise and to show up in your reports.
Banks change their menus often: if you can’t find an option, look for similar names (“Export”, “Download”, “Transactions”) or check your bank’s help pages. Bank names are trademarks of their owners, who are not affiliated with Calers.
