1Download your Revolut transactions

Mobile app Open the Revolut app and follow this path:

  1. Home
  2. Accounts
  3. More button (…)
  4. Statement
  5. Excel
  6. Generate
  7. Save the file to your computer or phone.
  • The “Excel” option actually downloads a CSV file. That’s fine: Calers reads it just the same.
  • One statement is generated per currency. If you hold more than one currency, download each statement and import it into the matching Calers account.

2Import it into Calers

  1. In Calers, open Import data and choose the file you’ve just downloaded.
  2. In field mapping, check which column is the date, the amount and the description, and choose the account the transactions should go to.
  3. Import: your transactions are ready to categorise and to show up in your reports.

Banks change their menus often: if you can’t find an option, look for similar names (“Export”, “Download”, “Transactions”) or check your bank’s help pages. Bank names are trademarks of their owners, who are not affiliated with Calers.
